Research Preview v0.3 framing available Reader currently shows earlier v0.2.6 draft Patent: Provisional 63/973,680

Book / Specification

The SymLan book is being revised to match the conservative Research Preview v0.3 framing.

Read this first: The current conservative technical framing is Research Preview v0.3. The interactive reader and downloadable PDF may still show an earlier v0.2.6 draft with more speculative language.
Physical oscillator substrates remain active research targets. They are not validated against the reference simulation path in this release.

Recommended Reading Order

1. Research Preview v0.3

Simulation-backed framing, claims ladder, non-claims, failure modes, and open problems.

Read v0.3

2. Claims Ledger

Separates demonstrated language design, simulated reference-path claims, hypotheses, and roadmap items.

Open Claims

3. Earlier Book Draft

The v0.2.6 book remains available for provenance and design history, but should be read as an earlier draft.

Interactive Reader

The reader is kept because the reading experience is useful and polished. It currently displays the earlier v0.2.6 book draft. A notice has been added so reviewers understand that v0.3 is the current conservative framing.

What Changed In v0.3

Older wording implied that the substrate independently created the codebook. The run resolves the vocabulary under declared constraints.
Physical substrate examples read as near-term claims.Physical substrates are active research targets, not validated systems.
Legacy 7D feature language.PiAPlus / PEFP reference readout is the current direction; legacy terms require reconciliation.
Broad historical or rhetorical framing.Claims are tagged as demonstrated, simulated, hypothesized, or roadmap.
